Hello ! Je m'appelle Maëlle. Depuis quelques mois, j'apprends à mixer 🎛 mais je n'ai pas pris mon controller en confinement Je suis surtout étudiante en communication culturelle et multimédia et apprentie graphiste dans une institution. J'aimerais vraiment travailler dans la promotion/communication culturelle après mes études (diplômée en septembre je suis donc ouverte aux offres). C'est ce qui m'anime depuis que j'ai commencé à être bénévole dans une petite école de musique en Bretagne et dans les festivals (Festival du Roi Arthur dans mon cœur). Je fais aussi des templates sur Instagram sur la musique 🖼

Je m'appelle Darcy, j'ai 24 ans, je suis de nationalité portugaise et j'habite au Luxembourg. Je produits de la musique sous le nom de "DASIC" depuis 4 ans.

J'ai joint la mercerie aujourd'hui et tout d'abord j'ai à remercier toute la team pour cette plateforme. Je trouve ça très important pour les jeunes producteurs, djs, musiciens, etc... de pouvoir s'échanger pour essayer d'améliorer et grandir comme artistes. Une telle plateforme nous permet aussi d'entrer en contact, d'acquérir et donner du feedback Big Up

Thanks Michael! Looking forward to being part of this community! Since i'll probably as for music tips and suggestion as I grow!! I'll start a Daveyboy cooking tip of the day trend! - if your are cooking a 8 - 10 oz salmon fillet, on a grill, first get a paper towel, damp it in oil and with the towel rub the oil on the grill's mesh (This is called seasoning the grill). Then make sure the salmon is as well oiled and as season how you like it (This prevents the fish from sticking). Then place the fish skin down, cook for three minutes and the quarter turn it, cook for another three. (this makes the diamond grill marks/move hand 90 degrees right). Flip fish on the opposite side, repeat three minute intervals. and the cook the sides for about 1 1/2 doing the same pattern. Tempt the salmon at 135, and this will give you the perfect salmon everytime
